BNUK Teachers Gave Presentations at OMEP 2013 International Conference

The 65th OMEP World Assembly and International Conference was held in Shanghai from July 11-13, 2013. The theme of the conference was “Enhancing the Development of Early Childhood Education - Opportunities and Quality", focusing on “High Quality Early Childhood Education” and “Providing Quality Education and Lifelong Learning for Sustainability”. More than 1200 experts and scholars from 57 countries gathered together to discuss important issues in the field of early childhood education through keynote speeches, seminars, workshops, presentations and poster exhibitions.
Two papers written by Beijing Normal University Kindergarten teachers were selected by the conference academic committee. Principal Huang and Director Tian attended the conference and introduced research on the practice of “Family and Community Participation in Early Childhood Education”. They also shared their experiences with the participants.
